Soundproof(er) Booth 3 X 3 Used As A Practice Room
Portable Soundproof(-er) sound booth SB33 is designed to be used in apartments, houses or any place where sound isolation is important. Design first with the voice over actors and audio recording producers in mind this booth works very well for music practice. In this video we tested it if it provides sufficient sound reductions to be used as a Practice room for playing Trumpet. This is a real customer. She wanted to make sure that the sound reduction would be sufficient to play her trumpet at home. She expected the sound level will be around or below 70 dB ( loudness of working TV at normal sound level). She played as loud as she could…..
Results were extremely exciting! She got the booth, I got the sale and HUGE portion of dopamine release, seeing that our product really works and delivers affordable and effective solutions. This booth is 40L x40W x 80H. Includes specially constructed Sound Block layer with sound dampening layer and plus acoustic blankets for completely dead and non-boomy acoustics.

Reducing the Noise from Barking Dogs in Kennels and Shelters
It has long been documented that audible sound has profound physiological and psychological effects on all animals and can disturb the healthy equilibrium of the body.
This also means that noise affects pets – especially those who are boarded in animal shelters and kennels that are too noisy from barking dogs. The noise can be a physical stressor, especially on dogs, and can lead to behavioral, physiological, and anatomical responses.
In the article published in American Journal of Veterinary research, “Effects of Kennel Noise on Hearing in Dogs,” the authors found that acoustic analysis of the kennel environments revealed equivalent sound level values ranging between 100 and 108 dB sound pressure level .

Review of Acoustic Blankets Mounting Tracks
I suggest you to take the blankets to a Laundromat and wash in a commercial washer with regular amount of detergent. Do not put too much detergent, because your blankets will start smelling like Laundromat!
Then dry them in a tumble dry at high heat.I suggest to go through several 12 minutes cycles, so you can straighten up the blanket in between the drying cycles.
